Super lekker atmosphere! The staff were so friendly, chommies at reception made everything feel right, and the space was really comfy. The welcome gift basket with local sweets like Horalky was such a nice touch! The dinner portions were massive and delightful, seriously a jol!
The brekkie was a bit basic, but not a dealbreaker.

Some facilities felt poorly maintained!!! The jacuzzis were excessively hot, making them uncomfortable to use!!! The noise from nearby attractions disrupted the tranquility I expected!!! Room cleanliness could also use some attention!!!
